How to make an order
To order an item, add it to your cart. The selected product will be displayed in your shopping cart. Then go throw the checkout process and place the order.
At the next page fill in the necessary information for delivery – address, recipient, etc. and make the payment.
NOTE: The price of the item in USD (dollars) is provided for your convenience. While buying the painting, the checkout process takes place in Belarusian rubles (BYN), the price will be converted at the exchange rate set by the bank on the moment of your purchase.
We accept online payments by bank cards through the bePaid system: VISA, MasterCard, BELCART, Mir are accepted. GPay and Samsung Pay services are also available. The payment system is powered by acquiring JSC “BSB Bank”.
The secure bePaid server establishes an encrypted connection and confidentially accepts from the client the data of his payment card (card number, name of the holder, expiration date, and control number of the CVC/CVC2 bank card).
The payment page of the bePaid system meets all data transfer security requirements (PCI DSS Level 1). All confidential data is stored in encrypted form and is as resistant to hacking as possible. Access to the authorization pages is carried out using a protocol that provides secure data transmission on the Internet (SSL/TLS).
My website does not save your card data.
Please note that after the payment is made, a payment confirmation will be sent to your email address. We ask you to save the payment details.
Cancellation of the order
The order can be cancelled within 12 hours after it has been placed on the website.
Processing Time
Processing time of ready original artworks takes 3 – 5 business days.
The time of prepairing Custom Orders is 10 – 15 business days.
Shipping
I ship to almost all countries of the world. If your country is not available for receiving shipments on my website, please write to me and we will resolve this issue individually.
I use next shipping methods for delivery:
Priority Shipping Method
This shipping method is carried out by the state postal service (Belpost). The parcel is sent by priority registered method with a tracking number. Your parcel will be delivered to the nearest post office to your home. This method is reliable, the delivery dates are listed below.

- Europe: 6 – 15 business days
- North America: 8 – 20 business days
- Other countries: 10 – 25 business days
A tracking number will be emailed once your order has been shipped.
*The time of delivery may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
Customs and import taxes
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
Delivery issues
Damaged parcel
Although very rare, order errors or damages during transit can occur. Please inspect your package and painting upon delivery and get in touch as soon as possible, a photo of the incorrect or damaged item may be required. Please keep the original packaging materials, you will be contacted with further instructions.
Incorrect delivery of the parcel
Please verify that your shipping address was entered correctly during checkout, refer to your order confirmation email. If your shipping address was correct, contact the courier company linked to your tracking number as soon as possible to report the delivery as missing, please also contact me to see if anything further can be done from my end.
RETURN POLICY
Our refund and return policy lasts within 10 days of delivery. If more than 10 days have passed since the delivery of the painting, we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
- Custom paintings
- Downloadable digital prints
You should dispatch items back within 15 days of delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. When paying with a bank payment card, the refund is made to the same card from which the payment was made.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Items on discount
Only items with full price may be refunded. Sale items (with discount) cannot be refunded.
Exchange of sold items
Due to the nature of the offered items (one-of-a-kind pieces of art) they cannot be exchanged.
Return of sold items
To return your product, you should mail the product to our physical address. Contact us by e-mail meet@sviatlichnaya.art to clarify the address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
